I had to upgrade my GPU just so I could enjoy the Witcher 2 maxed out at 2560x1440 resolution.

I just upgraded to windows 8 pro this weekend. I had about an hour of "watdafuqery" at first but that went away once I learned how to use it and the shortcuts. I even saw a performance increase after upgrading even while it is installed on the same SSD. I am having graphic drivers crashing due to Nvidia not utilizing the new optimizations properly but that will change in December.
